Fergus joined the PEI Urgent Care VSR team in July 2026. He has worked in the animal care sector since 2021, gaining foundational experience as a kennel assistant at his local humane society before moving into client services in 2022.
With his background in both direct pet care and client communication, he is eager to provide clear answers and reassurance to pet parents in need.
Outside of working hours, Fergus can usually be found spending time in nature with his wife, playing with his cat, or shooting buckets on the basketball court.
